0.4 Out - Separate Ears + More Options

Finally... I separated the ears. This means you can have asymmetrical ears! Added a few new options too, nothing much. More backgrounds, faces and pattern options primarily. Not much else has been changed. 

So sorry for not updating this little tool for so long - I lost access to my laptop, which contained the source code, but luckily I managed to get it to work again.
